Dissolve Therapy 1.5 Hour-Online
In a 1.5 hour session we dive more deeply into body opening work with Dissolve Yoga, Standing Practices and basic qigong, with a little more time for instruction on the nuances of the practice through correcting your approach to training.
We can also take time to focus in on daily application of the method to correct and deepen the qualities and conditions we are looking to work on cultivation of release and absorption through seated meditation.
Wearing comfortable clothing, being well hydrated and not having eaten directly before the session will help you be comfortable throughout the duration of our work together!
Having room for a full rage of motion, and the ability to sit and stand comfortably on camera will allow us to explore the practice with ease while we create a profound sense of ease and dig into some good ol’ kung fu style hard work as well!
