A longer session can be more thorough, as well as including some insight on how to apply the method to some stretches, breathwork and meditation during daily life as well!

We use varying degrees of pressure, applied with attention and care, listening deeply into the body to release the internal organs, joints, tissues, nerves etc. throughout the entire body.

As we work together we also assist the client in developing the skill of release for themselves by making the receiver highly aware of the release process as it unfolds within them. In doing do not only do you get to receive a treatment, but you walk away with an experiential understanding of the nature of the training as well!
